These terms cover Dice Night and any other game published by Jamtastic Games. Written plainly because we'd rather you read them than scroll past them.
Acceptance
By installing or using one of our games you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Acceptable use
Our games are simple multiplayer games. There is no chat, messaging, or other way to send content to other players — the only things other players see from you are the display name you choose and your moves in the game. Even so, don't use our games to break the law, and don't attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the service or with other players' use of it. We may suspend or remove access for anyone who does, without notice.
No warranty
The games are provided as-is. We do our best to keep them running but we can't promise uninterrupted service — this is a small independent operation running out of a home server.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is material, we'll surface it the next time the app launches. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jamtastic Games is operated. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
