These terms cover Dice Night and any other game published by Jamtastic Games. Written plainly because we'd rather you read them than scroll past them.
Acceptance
By installing or using one of our games you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Conduct — Zero Tolerance
Concretely, that means:
- No slurs, no harassment, no targeted abuse.
- No sexual content or solicitation.
- No threats of violence, self-harm, or real-world harm.
- No spam, phishing, scam links, or attempts to impersonate us or another user.
- No content that would violate the law in the US.
Enforcement
Reports filed from inside the app are reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in immediate removal of the offending content from our servers and may result in a device-level block that prevents the offender from matching with other players. Repeated or severe violations may be escalated to Apple / Google per their app-store reporting processes.
Your content
You retain ownership of whatever you type in chat. By sending a message you grant us a limited license to store and display it to other players in the room. You can request we delete any message you sent by emailing [email protected] or by using the in-app Clear my data action.
No warranty
The games are provided as-is. We do our best to keep them running but we can't promise uninterrupted service — this is a small independent operation running out of a home server.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is material, we'll surface it the next time the app launches. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jamtastic Games is operated. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
