Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-30
This policy covers Dice Night and any other game published by Jamtastic Games. It's written plainly because the data handling is simple and there isn't much to obscure.
What we collect
No chat or user content
Our games have no chat, messaging, or any other way to send content to other players. We do not collect, store, or transmit messages, photos, or anything else you might create — there is nothing of that kind in the app.
What we do not collect
- Email address, phone number, or real name
- Date of birth
- Precise location
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA / Google AAID)
- Contacts, photos, or anything else from the device
Tracking and ads
We do not use any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or cross-app trackers. The App Store Privacy "nutrition label" reports Data Not Collected for tracking purposes.
Where data lives
Everything is stored on a small server we operate ourselves, in the United States. It is not shared with third parties. Cloudflare sits in front of our server for TLS, caching, and DDoS protection — Cloudflare sees the same traffic your browser sends, subject to their privacy policy.
Server logs
Our server logs each HTTP and WebSocket request with the path, status code, and duration. Logs rotate and are not retained beyond a few days. We don't record personal content.
Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The games have no chat, messaging, or other user-to-user content.
Your choices
- Clear my data — the gear icon on the home screen wipes your name, player ID, and recent room codes from the device, and removes your player record and any diagnostic reports from our server. The app generates a fresh identity on next launch.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and note the change in our app release notes.
